About the Event
This four week course is structured to provide you with an understanding of what meditation is, an introduction to a variety of traditional and modern meditation practices to keep in your 'wellness toolkit' and a safe space to share your experiences with the group.
The course takes place once per week on recurring Wednesday (22/1, 29/1, 5/2, 12/2) for one hour each time (6.10pm-7.10pm).
Our provisional curriculum is as follows;
Week 1 - The Breath and Prana
Week 2 - The Mind's Eye, Visualisation and the Sense of Sight
Week 3 - Mantras, Affirmations and Tapping
Week 4 - Exploring the Chakras and A Reflection
