About the Event
This four week pilates-yoga hybrid course is structured to support you in sculpting and strengthening the body whilst deepening flexibility and fuelling flow. Each week, we will be working with the same sequence but building dynamics and complexity to the routine as we go. And the playlist is incredibly motivating! The course is suitable for fitness fanatics and beginners alike as students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks whenever necessary.
The course takes place once per week on recurring Tuesdays (14/1, 21/1, 28/1, 4/2) for one hour each time (6.10pm-7.10pm).
Please note that payments for this course are non-refundable, and non-transferable to other dates or students.
