We know that life can get stressful...
Work, family, money, health, friendships and everything in between can have us pulling out our hair, tossing and turning throughout the night, snapping at our loved ones, over-indulging in undesirable behaviours and feeling totally alone.
But we are not alone!
The last eighteen months have been a stressfest for many of us, and it makes total sense. We are living in a time of uncertainty and many people's lives look totally different than they did before the pandemic. Sometimes it can feel like 'stressed' is our default setting these days and survival is the most we can ask for. But it really doesn't have to be that way.
This 4-Week 'Yoga for Stress Management' Course will teach you how to unlock anxiety and release it from the body so that even when things become scary, we feel strong enough to thrive. Combining physical movements with breathwork, meditation and relaxation techniques, this course is your one-stop-shop for a proven system with a myriad of physical, mental and emotional benefits.
Class takes place every Monday evening at 7.20pm and will have you feeling less wired-and-tired, jittery and worried, and more peaceful, resilient and compassionate towards yourself and others.

This course runs on four consecutive weeks from Monday the 27th of September (27/9, 4/10, 11/10, 18/10).
Terms and Conditions
Classes will begin on the week commencing the 27th September and continue for four consecutive weeks.
In the event that there is an individual class that you can't attend within the package for whatever reason (holiday, sickness, other commitments, etc) please let us know via email to email@example.com no less than 48 hours before the class taking place. If you do not attend a class for any reason you will lose that class from your course and no refund, extentions or transfers will be provided. In the event that The Shala needs to close for any reason during the time of the course (eg. lockdown, tier restrictions etc...) the class will take place on Zoom instead of in-person and a recording of the session will be provided.
