Our bodies are miraculous things... But when we don't take care of them, keep them moving, and give them what they need, they can start to let us down.
Aches, pains, tightness and tension can result in long-term chronic conditions, and 'being more supple' is something we find ourselves dreaming of.
As well as being a beautiful practice for mental health and wellness Qi Gong has a myriad of benefits for the physical body. Joints, bones, organs and muscles are taken care of as we learn this ancient Chinese martial art, bringing our energy or 'chi' to balance with slow, flowing, meditative movements.
The classes for this 6-Week 'Qi Gong for Mobility' Course take place every Monday evening at 6.10pm and will see you feeling more energised, healthier, and able to rest well while increasing blood flow, boosting heart health, and supporting the physical body in staying fit and strong (without the need for the 'burn'!).
This course runs on six consecutive weeks from Monday the 8th of November (8/11, 15/11, 22/11, 29/11, 6/12 and 13/12).
Terms and Conditions
Classes will begin on the week commencing the 8th November and continue for six consecutive weeks.
In the event that there is an individual class that you can't attend within the package for whatever reason (holiday, sickness, other commitments, etc) please let us know via email to email@example.com no less than 48 hours before the class taking place. If you do not attend a class for any reason you will lose that class from your course and no refund, extentions or transfers will be provided. In the event that The Shala needs to close for any reason during the time of the course (eg. lockdown, tier restrictions etc...) the class will take place on Zoom instead of in-person and a recording of the session will be provided.
