About the Event

This six week course is structured to provide you with an introduction to Tai Chi, guidance on embodying each different movement element of the sequence, and a deeper understanding of the benefits of the practice.

The course takes place once per week on recurring Wednesdays (26/2, 4/3, 11/3, 18/3, 25/3, 1/4) for one hour each time (7.20pm-8.20pm).

Our provisional curriculum is as follows;

Week 1 - Commencement Form and the Tai Chi Walk

Week 2 - Relaxation; Parting White Horses Mane

Week 3 - Breathing; Parting White Horses Mane

Week 4 - Stretching; White Crane Flashing Wing

Week 5 - Balance; White Crane Flashing Wing and Feeling 'Song'

Week 6 - Full Sequence Flow
