About the Event

We know how important sleep is when it comes to recharging our batteries... 

However, in the UK almost 1 in 5 adults struggle to get to sleep every single night! 

Is this you?

We KNOW the rules we should be following: no late night scrolling on our phones, have a warm shower or bath before bed, eat a banana etc... But when we are going-it-alone, it can be really tricky to stay consistent and do what we know is going to help us. 

This 6-week course, 'Yoga For A Good Night's Sleep', takes place every Sunday evening at 6.30pm to lull you into the deepest state of relaxation before bedtime.

Lit with fairylights, your experienced instructor will guide you through some gentle and juicy yoga postures to help reduce the aches and pains which may otherwise be keeping you up...

Then, you will move into some meditative breathing techniques, to help you to let go of the day...

And to wrap up, we will move into a final resting pose which sets an intention for a beautiful night's sleep following the class. 

Furthermore, the community aspect of this class reminds you that you are not alone! When you commit together with your classmates to no screentime after 7.30pm every Sunday night, you will find that your sleep schedule is set up for success for the next seven days.

This course runs on six consecutive weeks from Sunday the 14th of November (14/11, 21/11, 28/11, 5/12, 12/12, 19/12). 

Terms and Conditions

Classes will begin on the week commencing the 8th November and continue for six consecutive weeks.

In the event that there is an individual class that you can't attend within the package for whatever reason (holiday, sickness, other commitments, etc) please let us know via email to no less than 48 hours before the class taking place. If you do not attend a class for any reason you will lose that class from your course and no refund, extentions or transfers will be provided. In the event that The Shala needs to close for any reason during the time of the course (eg. lockdown, tier restrictions etc...) the class will take place on Zoom instead of in-person and a recording of the session will be provided.
