About the Event

This six week course is structured to provide you with a blend of restorative yoga and energy-healing reiki to clear anxieties and introduce you to the tools and techniques you need in order to apply healing to yourself. 

The course takes place once per week on recurring Mondays (17/2, 24/2, 2/3, 9/3, 16/3, 23/3) for one hour each time (7.20pm-8.20pm).

Our provisional curriculum is as follows;

Week 1 - An Introduction to Reiki and Restorative Yoga

Week 2 - Identify; Recognising and Sitting with the Source of Anxiety

Week 3 - Surrender; Bless and Releasing

Week 4 - Freedom; Close Your Eyes and Get Free

Week 5 - Empowerment; Reiki, Restorative Yoga and Relaxation in Your Energetic Toolkit

Week 6 - Course Recap and Reflection
