About the Event
This six week course is structured to help you to iron out the kinks of the previous week, stretch into deep relaxation and completely let go of your cares whilst outlining intentions for the new week ahead! What more could you want on a regular Sunday evening?
The course takes place once per week on recurring Sundays (12/1, 19/1, 26/1, 2/2, 9/2, 16/2) for one hour each time (8pm-9pm).

Week 1 - 2019 Reflections
Week 2 - Goal Setting for 2020
Week 3 - Inspired Action Steps
Week 4 - Removing Limiting Subconscious Beliefs
Week 5 - Progress Recap
Week 6 - Moving Forward with Renewed Focus
Bring a notepad and pen along to each class, as journaling is a fundamental part of this course.
