About the Event
Each class in this six week course is structured to work through a strengthening warm-up, a powerful flowing yoga session with high-intensity intervals of yoga-inspired movements, and a well-deserved relaxation at the end... The course will suit beginners and fitness fanatics alike as different options are provided throughout.
The course takes place once per week on recurring Fridays (21/2, 28/2, 6/3, 13/3, 20/3, 27/3) for one hour each time (6.10pm-7.10pm).
Our provisional curriculum is as follows;
Week 1 - An Introduction to Sun Salutations A and B
Week 2 - Understanding Vinyasa Flow
Week 3 - Detoxifying with Twists
Week 4 - Mindfully Intense Interval Training
Week 5 - Flexibility, Spines and Binds
Week 6 - Reflecting on Progress and Peak Posture Play
